– 2 cups Poha/Chivda
– 1/2 cup groundnut
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 tsp mustard seeds
– 1 chopped onion
– 2 green chillies
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 2 tbsp refine oil
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp sugar
– Few curry leaves
– Few coriander leaves
– Salt to Taste
