To make this on convection mode- bake at 180C for 40 min

Healthy whole-wheat banana bread recipe

2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 cup softened butter
1/3 cup jaggery powder (Shakkar)
2 eggs
1+ 1/2 cup mashed bananas ( about 5 bananas)
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup walnuts
