Today I am making a delicious  TALBINA RECIPE which is used for better health from ancient times.The proven ingridents  cure and help to make the body systems strong and healthy and it is also better for cholestrol problems,blood presure,enxiety, weakness due to sickness,and make the body strong betterly fight against  diseases and viruses.today i am making talbina recipe in a more easy and quick version for you.
The amazing ingredients are:
1.barly porridge   1 cup
2.dates  choped   6 or 7
3.raisen
4.almond crushed 10 to 12
5. Milk                 1 litre
Note . Honey can be added   when serve.
Method:  boil milk on medium flame then add barly porridge,dates ,raisen and cook for 15 to 20 minutes
Garnish with almonds .
Serving: 2 to 3 peoples
