Side note: after I royally screwed up the kelp noodles, I was told to let them soak in warm water with lemon and baking soda beforehand so they’re less crunchy and more noodle-y texture.

spinach
Hemp hearts
olive oil
nutritional yeast
garlic
lemon juice
