I tweaked the traditional onion pakoda recipe and turned it into a yummy onion besan chilla/savoury onion pancake recipe and a healthy pan fried onion pakoda recipe. This recipe can be enjoyed as a healthy instant breakfast option or a gluten free snack option.
This amazing indian veg breakfast/snack recipe can be whipped up in less than 5 mins and will be ready in less than 15 mins! I’m sure this will turn into your favourite indian breakfast/indian snack in no time!

Ingredients:
2 cups/250g onion
2 green chillies
1 inch ginger
Few coriander leaves
1 cup besan/gram flour/chickpea flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp rice powder (optional)
1/2 tsp chat masala (optional)
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
3/4 – 1 cup water
