Hey everyone…!! This is my first video on my youtube channel.. In this video I have made an Healthy,Sweet and Spicy Thai Salad for diet lovers which takes only 5-10 minutes to get ready..!!!
Ingredients used:
1 bowl diced Onions
1 bowl diced Cauliflower(Parboiled)
1 bowl diced Tomatoes
1 bowl parboiled Sweet Corn Kernels
1 bowl sliced Cucumber
1 bowl diced Brocoli (Parboiled)
1 bowl chopped Carrots
1 bowl of Roasted Peanuts
2 tbsp of Lime Juice(According to Taste)
1/2 bowl of chopped Coriander leaves (For garnishing)
4 tbsp Thai Chilly Sauce
2 tbsp Sweet Chilly Sauce
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
You can add lime juice,salt,pepper, and sauces according to your taste buds.
Procedure:
Add all the vegetables in a bowl one by one.
Add sweet corn kernels to the mixture
Add some lime juice
Add salt,pepper according to your taste and mix well
Now add the 3 sauces and mix all the ingredients well
Now garnish the salad with some roasted peanuts and corriander leaves.
Your healthy,sweet,spicy salad is ready…!! Let the salad cool down in refrigerator(I forgot to mention in the video) for atleast 20-30 minutes..
Now serve it and enjoy your salad…!!!!!
