Super easy lunch even for begginers. Duration time cca 20 min.
Ingredients: 500 gr swiss chard, 500 gr potato, 500 gr veal liver, 1 glass od milk, flour 200 gr, sunflower oil cca 1.5 dcl , olive oil for swiss chard 1 dcl, salt, pepper, garlic optional. Note ! Fry liver each side not more than 3 min at medium heat and then add 2 dcl of water and cook 5 min more. Last step – remove from the heat and let it stay covered about 5 min and then add salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Enjoy!
