I’m sharing with you 3 healthy breakfast ideas that are simple, easy, and healthy and all vegan! These are breakfasts that I absolutely love to eat and I hope you will too!

1.(No)Yogurt Bowl
dairy-free yogurt of choice
fresh strawberries (organic is best)
granola or rawnola
-combine in a bowl and enjoy

2.Chia Apple Pie Pudding
3tbsp chia seeds
1c almond mik (or plant milk of choice)
pure vanilla extract
1 granny smith apple (organic)
1/2-1tbsp cinnamon
1 lemon

3.Protein Parfait
non dairy yogurt of choice
plant based protein of choice (Im using Garden Of Life Raw Protein in the flavor Vanilla Chia )
1.5 c strawberries
1 kiwi
1 tsp cacao nibs
cinnamon (optional)
