In this video I make Stuffed bell Peppers stuffed with brown rice, carrots, onion, and steak. I hope you can use this recipe to cook something healthy and delicious for your family or yourself during the quaratine days.

Stuffed Rice Pepper Recipe:
Ingredients:
-about .72lbs of chuck roast beef or chicken breast
-1 diced onion
-1 peeled and shredded large carrot
-1.5 cups of brown or regular rice
-5 large bell peppers(red are the sweetest to taste)
-1.5 cups of tomato juice
-fresh or dry Presley and dill
-olive oil
-salt, crushed black pepper, and steak seasoning
Directions:
Boil and simmer rice for 15 to 20 mins.Salt rice and set aside. Wash, and prep peppers by cleaning inside and liberally salting and oiling inside. Chop onion and shred carrot and set aside. Cut meat into tiny pieces, no fatty parts. In a frying pan, cover bottom with oil and fry meat for 15 mins on med high, stirring occasionally. Add onion, salt, crushed black pepper, and steak seasoning. Fry for another 10 mins, stirring often. Add in carrots and the tomatoe juice and fry for another 5 to 10 mins. After rice has boiled for 15 mins mix stir fry into it and add the dill and Parsley. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stuff the rice mix into the peppers and cover with the tops (as shown in video). Place peppers in a cast iron covering with cover. bake the peppers for 1.5 hours.
