Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 2
Pink Salt 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice 1 tsp
Black Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
Oil 1/2 tsp
Brown Bread Slices 4
Low-fat Cheese Slices 2
Tomato 1 (Chopped)
Cucumber 1/2 (Chopped)
Ketchup 1 tbsp
Direction:
Step 1: Take a bowl add Chicken Breasts, Pink Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Lemon Juice, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Oil and mix it and cook it on pan for 15 minutes on medium to low flame (7 minutes each side)
Step 2: Now take a brown bread slice and spread ketchup and put chicken, Tomato, Cucumber, Low-fat Cheese Slice and cover with brown bread slice and cut it into sandwich shape. Your Low-fat Chicken Cheese Sandwich is ready.
