It’s a simple healthy diet which adds to your workout routine
Ingredients:-
Chicken breast
Chopped Garlic
Lemon 1
Chopped Green Chilli
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
Oil 2tbsp
Steps to follow :-
Add the oil to the pan and garlic to it and fry it for 30secs and add green chilli’s then mix it well for oil to get the flavour .
Add lemon syrup and give it a stir then add chicken breast pieces and add salt .
Fry it little bit then add pepper.
Wait for 12mins ( fry it in medium flame )
Enjoy the chicken.
