1. Banana Oats Cookies
Ingredients:
2 Ripe Bananas
1 cup Quick Oats
1/3 cup Blueberries
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Almond Butter
1 tbsp Hemp Seeds
Directions:
1. In a large bowl mesh banana with a fork. Add remaining ingredients and make a good stir.
2. On a baking sheet transfer the mixture making a cookie form.
3. Bake 375° F 20-25 minutes.
4. Enjoy with an almond yogurt and a cup of hot cocoa!
2. Toasts with Fruits
Ingredients:
2 slices Whole Grain Bread
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
Kiwi
Mango
Strawberry
Banana
Directions:
1. Toast the bread.
2. Spread the peanut butter on one slice and almond butter on another.
3. Top one toast with sliced mango and kiwi and the other with a sliced banana and strawberry.
4. Sprinkle with chia and hemp seeds (optional)
5. Enjoy with a cup of hot tea!
3. Three Ingredient Pancakes
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 Ripe Banana
1 cup Almond Milk
Pinch of Sea Salt (optional)
Directions:
1. Using coffee grinder, transform rolled oats into an oat flower.
2. Add to the blender all ingredients and blend until all well incorporated.
3. Add coconut oil to a pan, then add mixture enough for one pancake. Cook on a medium heat until edges are golden. Flip it over and cook for a minute or so. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
3. Top with fruits and berries you love. I used blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries.
4. Drizzle with a maple syrup and enjoy!
