WHAT I EAT IN A DAY with a BURGER! • LOW- FAT RAW FOOD VEGAN
This is what I would eat in a day! 2651 approximate calories
Smoothie was 6 bananas, 5 dates, maple syrup, vanilla and blackberries
Lunch was a mango dressing, 3 mangoes, jalapeño, miso, turmeric, coconut aminos, garlic, smoked paprika, mustard powder and any other spices you might like. (dressing was split between Nate and I)
Dinner was the Falafel burger we split and the dressing is my new fat-free Ballpark Dressing, coming soon in a new e-book.
All to stay around the 8% fat mark, and still enjoying a delicious burger!
