Meal prepped a bunch of pulled brisket to have a lean protein source for the week! Usually brisket has 10g+ fat per serving, but the one we made is only 2g per serving with 25g protein!
We made it in the pressure cooker (Instant Pot) so it was very easy. Def recommend if you want to spice up your meal prep!
