* 4tbsp sprouts
* Small onion chopped
* small tomato chopped
* 1/2 tbsp ginger finely chopped
* 1 small green chili (deseeded & chopped) or crushed pepper
* 1 tbsps coriander leaves or celery chopped finely
* Pink salt as needed
* Half lemon juice as needed
* chaat masala a pinchfor flavor (optional)
* Black pepper a pinch
* Sesame oil -1 tbsp
