Warm-up:
1. High knees 30 seconds
2. Jumping jacks 30 seconds
3. Burpees x5
*Repeat twice
Activation:
1. Banded frog pumps x20
2. Banded abductors x20
3. Banded clamshells x15 E/S
4. Banded kickbacks x15 E/S
5. Banded squats x15
Workout:
1. Glute bridge x20 superset w/ banded abductors x20 – 3 sets
2. Sumo deadlifts x15 ss* w/ reverse lunges x12 E/S – 3 sets
3. Goblet squats x12 ss* stiff-leg deadlifts x12 – 3 sets
4. Banded kickbacks x15 E/S ss* w/ fire hydrants
