Safola plain oats : 1cup
Milk. : 2 cups

**Fruit n Nut Oat meal**
Apple. : 1/2 diced
Pomegranate. : 1/2 peeled
Almonds. : 4(crushed)
Walnut. : 2(crushed)
Cashew. : 4(crushed)
Raisins. :6-7

–You can have some other fruit of your choice like strawberries.

**Banana-Honey Oat meal**
Banana. :1(sliced)
Almonds. : 4(crushed)
Walnuts. : 2(crushed)
Honey. : 1tbsp
Flax seeds or pumpkin seeds
