Hey Guys

Here you have 1200 Calories full day Indian healthy weight loss plan with calories for each meal. Full Recipes are shown in video. These food will full your stomach and with exercise you can reduce weight loss. This is moderate Carb Diet.

Breakfast- Panner Fry 303 Calories
Lunch- Rice and Daal Palak 400 Calories
Snacks- Sprouts 32 Calories
Dinner- Paneer Biryani 465 Calories

For having actual Calories food, Take a kitchen weighing machine and measure the food. Quantification of food is very important in weight loss journey.

How to calculate Calories/BMR Calories. So here is formula for this-

Men BMR = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) – (5 × age in years) +
5
Women BMR = (10 × weight in kg) + (6.25 × height in cm) – (5 × age in years)
– 161

For Example i am women having 56 kg weight and 156 cm height and 29 years age .. then

(10*56)+ (6.25*156)- (5*29)-161 = 1229 Calories

So I can eat either (rounding) 1200, not below this..
Please follow these rules, you will surely feel changes.
