This Week’s Meals:
– Open-faced Chicken Parmesan Sandwiches
– Cowboy Beans & Cornbread
– Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Soup
– French Dip Burgers
– Skillet Lasagna

Cowboy Beans👇🏻
– 1 lb ground beef
– 6 oz. bacon
– 1 large can pork & beans
– 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
– 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
– 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
– 1 Tbsp. mustard
– 2 Tbsp. ketchup
– 1 Tbsp. Sriracha
– 4 slices American cheese
– s&p and seasoned salt to taste
**This time, we used 1 can pinto beans & 1 can butter beans instead of pork & beans**

Ranch Dressing 👇🏻
– 1/2 C. mayo
– 1/2 – 3/4 C. half & half
– capful of apple cider vinegar
– 1 tsp. each:
garlic powder
onion powder
parsley
dill
– dash of cayenne
– salt and pepper to taste
**mix and chill for at least 1 hour.

Irish Soda Bread👇🏻
– 3 1/2 C. flour
– 1 tsp. baking soda
– 2 tsp. + 1/4 tsp. coarse sea salt
– 1 1/2 C. milk
– 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
* Mix together milk & lemon juice. Let stand 5 mins.
*Combine dry ingredients. Add buttermilk
*Knead on floured surface. Form a round.
* Place on parchment lined baking sheet.
* Cut a cross in the top. Brush with melted butter & buttermilk.
* 375° for 40 mins
