It’s delicious Gujarati recipe of Carrot Thepla. It’s very healthy and simple to prepare. It last for couple of days .Thus it can be good candidate for trip or picnics .. It can be served as a Snacks or breakfast or even for light dinner. It tastes well with Chutney or yogurt or even with Jaggery and Ghee.

Ingredients:
1.5 Cups Shredded Carrots
1.5 Cups Wheat Flour
1/2 Cup Shredded Bottle Gourd/Lauki
Salt to Taste
3 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1.5 Tbsp Cummin and coriander powder
1 Tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 Tbsp Garam Masala
2 Tbsp Chia seeds and Flex Seeds Powder

Recipe:
1. In a big bowl, add Shredded Carrots, Shredded bottle gourd, Satt, red chilli powder, cummin and coriander powder, garam masala, Chia seeds and Flex Seeds Powder,Turmeric and sesame seeds nd mix everything well.
2. Add Flour and binds it well. Use Water or carrot juice as required.
3. Roll it and place it on Hot pan. Let is cook.
4. Apply Oil on each side while cooking on a Pan. When both sides are well cooked , Serve it hot with Chutney or Yogurt.
