Hello beautiful,
Well since we’re all in the same boat with isolation healthy eating has sort of plummeted. I can tell you now, for sure I have not been eating the best. But, I do try and start the day off with one of my healthy breakfasts, usually the fruit and natural yogurt, oh my, I could live off fruit.
