350 grams lauki or ghiya or bottlegourd or dudhi
1/2 cup gramflour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 green chillies chopped
coriander leaves chopped
1 onions chopped
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1 pinch turmeric
salt to taste
kofta curry ingredients
1 onion chopped
2 medium tomatoes
6 to 7 cloves of garlic
1/2 inch ginger
4 to 5 cashews
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
salt to taste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
chopped coriander
