Soft and Fluffy Banana Bread Loaf | Japanese Milk Bread | Brioche
This bread is has the texture of a soft milk bread and a brioche and the taste if a delicious buttery brioche! The banana in the recipe is a substitute of the Tangzhong preparation usually used to make soft milk bread in asian recipes but the taste itself is not so strong. It’s easy to make and really soft and fluffy as a cloud! Perfect for breakfast and coffee time! It stays just as soft the next day too! Happy Baking!

350 g Flour | 2 +1/3Cup
2tbsp Milk Powder
30g Sugar | 4tbsp
1 Banana
1 Egg
1 tsp Salt
65ml Milk | 1/4 Cup
1,5 tsp Active Dry Yeast | 4 g
40g Butter | 3tbsp
