Quinoa Salad is very delicious healthy salad which I can say it as a mouth watering chaat too.
This can be taken as a complete meal with some fruits or juice.
You can add any vegetables of your choice but I would prefer to add Avocado/Butternut fruit compulsorily as it gives butter texture which makes the salad more delicious.

*Important note*- If u have any Kidney stone issues you can skip using spinach & tomato together, you just use either one.

Recipe: Serves
Quinoa-1/2 cup
Turmeric-1/4th tsp
Water-3/4th cup+1/2 cup
Soaked Black Beans-1/2 cup(Dry black beans to soak-1/4th cup)
Salt-1/4th tsp
Chopped Avocado/Butternut fruit-1 whole
Chopped Spinach/Palak leaves-1/4th cup
Grated Carrot-1/4th cup
Chopped Broccoli-1/4th cup
Chopped less spiced green chilly-1
Chopped onions-1/4th cup
Chopped tomatoes-1/4th tsp
Chopped tender peas-1/4th cup
Lemon Juice-1 Tbsp
Salt-1 tsp
Oil oil-2 Tbsps
Boiled egg-1(Sprinkled red chilly powder, pepper powder, & salt- a pinch of all these on egg)

Optional- You can also use chat masala powder, dry mango powder, pepper powder, black salt if you like to have this as a chat.
