Hi loves, in this video, I show you how to prepare a very easy yet healthy pancake recipe. So that you can enjoy pancakes without the guilt. Please continue reading .

The Ingredients used are :
â–· 1 Cup of Almond flour, I personally like the texture better when I add
â–·1/2 CUP of whole wheat flour. However that’s optional if you are on
a gluten-free diet.
â–·2 Eggs, if you are vegan replace them with Ener-G Egg Replacer
.
â–·I also used some diary free butter. I have used about 2 TBSP worth of diary free butter. Put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds then add it to the mixture.
â–·2 TBSP of avocado oil, you can use any vegetable oil with a mild taste you have. Dont use olive oil !.
â–·1/2 CUP of sugar-free almond milk.
â–·1/2 CUP of organic half and half creamer. You can skin this if you are on a diary free diet.
â–·1 CUP of frozen blueberries.
â–·A pinch of salt and 2 TBSP of grade A maple syrup. You can customize this depending on your taste.
â–·1 TBSP of baking soda.
Then mix all of your ingredients up till you get a homogenous consistency, if its still too thick you can add more almond milk gradually till you reach the desired texture. You want it to be creamy not watery.
heat up your skillet, make sure it’s non-stick. If it’s not you use just a tiny bit of butter to make it creasy so that it doesnt ruin your pancakes.
Then start pouring about 3-4 TBSP of your mixture into the skillet. Let it cook till you start seeing bubble forming on top of the pancake and also you can tell that the pancake has hardened up.
Be careful not to break it when you flip it to other side. Let it cook for about a minute on the other side then remove it and put it on a plate.

Once you have made three or four of them you can start adding banana slices and fresh blueberries and crushed pecans. Or anyother topping you like.
This reciepe will make you about 6 pancakes of medium size.
