It will be a non veg meal. Traditional Indian lunch ideas. Easy to cook for yourself and your guests.

1 Kg of Mutton cooked with Turmeric Powder, Salt and Pepper

Onion 4 or 5 finely chopped

For the Masala Powder
2 Dried Red Chillies
Coriander Seeds 1 spoonful
Pepper 4 spoonful
Cumin Seeds 1 spoonful
Fennal seeds

For the Tadka
Coconut Oil
2 Dried Red Chilies
Handful of Curry Leaves
2. Plain Biriyani or Khuska
Oil

Mace or Javithiri
Star Anise
Stone Flower
Bay Leaf
2 Big sized Onions

3 Green Chilies
Coriander Leaves
Mint Leaves
1 Tomato

1 Cup of Basmati Rice
Two cups of water
