RECIPE 1 (CHICKPEAS SANDWICH)
50gm Boiled Chickpeas(chole/white chana)
1/2 Chopped Onion
Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 Green Chilly
2 Tbs Thick Yoghurt
salt
pepper
red Chilly powder
tomato sause 1 tbs
lettuce Leaves
Brown Bread 2 slices
4 tomato slices

RECIPE 2 ( PANEER SANDWICH)
100gm Grated Paneer
Grated Beetroot
2tbs Chopped capsicum
1.5tbs Red Chilly Sause
1tbs Low Fat Mayonnaise
2 Brown Bread Slices

RECIPE 3 (BARBEQUE SOY SANDWICH)
50gm Soaked Soy Chucks
1 Cup Finely Chopped Spinach
2 tbs Low Fat Barbeque Sause
1 Low Fat Cheese Slice
