Russian salad is very healthy, delicious and wholesome meal. You can have it as snacks for hi-tea or as a side in your lunch or dinner.

RUSSIAN SALAD:
Cabbage 1 small
Carrot 1 medium
Apple 1/2 -1
Potato 1
Macaroni 3/4 cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup (as required)
Shred cabbage and carrot. Dice apples and potatoes in cubes. Take water in a pot. When it comes to boil add cubed potatoes and 1 tsp salt. Boil them for 5 mins. Then add macaroni and let potatoes and macaroni boil for more 5 mins. Now strain them. Take mayonnaise in a big bowl. Add boiled potatoes and macaroni immediately after straining water. If you have to keep it for a while then keep them in bowl and mix 2 tbsp oil in them otherwise macaroni will stick together. After adding boiled potatoes and macaroni in mayonnaise add diced apples shredded cabbage and carrot. Mix them well.
Tadaaa….russian salad is ready to serve.
Ps. You can also add boiled peas in it if you like
