3 cups boiled chickpeas
1 bowl chopped tomato
1 bowl chopped onion
1 bbowl chopped capsicum
1 bowl chopped beetroot
2 chopped green chillies
coriander to garnish
2 teaspoon jeera
1/2 teaspoon jeera powder
1/2 teaspoon amchur
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1/2 teaspoon red chillie powder
1/2 teaspoon lemon rind
A pinch of rocksalt

Chickpeas are not only protein-rich but they also are fortified with nutrients like Calcium, potassium, Vit B3, VitaminB6 as well as Iron. When you add tomatoes, onions, beetroot and capsicum and spices, it increases the nutritional value of this dish multifold.
