3 eggs
Red onion- 1 medium sized- thinly sliced
Button mushrooms- 1 cup- sliced and blanched
Cheese- Grated/Shredded/Chopped- 1/5 cup
Salt- to taste
Black pepper- 1/2 tsp
Milk- Just a dash
