INGREDIENTS
Carrot (grated) – 1
Cucumber Sliced – 1 (1inch long)
Bean Sprouts – 100 gms
Grated Fresh Coconut – 1/4 cup
Preserved sun dried roasted Green Chilli – 2
Salt
Lemon
Oil – 1 tsp
Mustard seeds – 1/4 tsp
Coriander leaves

METHOD
1. Mix all the ingredients together.
2. Heat oil,tamper mustard seeds and pour over.
3. Crush the roasted chillies and add along with salt, Lemon juice.
3. Toss and garnish with coriander leaves.
