1 carb keto vegan flatbread:
Vegan pesto sauce:

KETO VEGAN PIZZA

INGREDIENTS: (Makes 4 small size pizzas)
Gluten-free bread dough :
or
Vital wheat gluten bread dough:
Toppings of your choice

Bake pizza in 200C/400F oven till golden brown.

KETO VEGAN VEGGIE PANCAKES

INGREDIENTS: (Makes 8 pancakes)
Gluten-free bread dough :
or
Vital wheat gluten bread dough:
Chopped mushroom and onions

Ground white pepper and some salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Saute chopped onions and mushrooms in a frying pan till softened.
2. Season with salt and GENEROUS amount of ground white pepper. Leave to cool.
3. Wrap the cooled vegetable mixture with the bread dough and form into pancake shapes.
4. Fry the pancakes in a well-oiled frying pan in LOW LOW HEAT. Cover the frying pan with a lid and slow cook pancakes till they are golden brown on both sides.
