3 EASY low calorie healthy sweet treats! || Quick, Guilt-free + Weightloss!

Hey guys! So as you know I absolutely LOVE baking but with us being inside in lockdown at the moment I feel like I’m reaching for naughty treats a little too often so instead of baking all the high calorie/sugar treat – I thought I would try out some low calorie/guilt free sweet treat alternatives today! Peanut Butter Choc chip Oat cookies
1 cup Peanut butter
1/3 cup of Dark chocolate chips
1 large Egg
1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup oats
1 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
*Bake at 170c for about 10 minutes – I took mine out at about 9.
Calories 139 | Fat 8g | Carb 12g | sugar 7g | Protein 3g

Pud in a mug
2 TBSP Flour
1 1/2 TBSP no calorie sweeter (you can use sugar but calories go up to about 150/160)
2 TSP cocoa powder
1/4 TSP baking powder
2 TBSP milk
1 tsp coconut oil or canola oil
*Microwave for 30 seconds. You can serve with icing sugar on top, 0 calorie chocolate sauce, low fat chocolate custard etc.

Healthy Flapjack // Granola Bars
2 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup cinnamon
1 cup plain flour
3/4 cup ( your choice of dried fruit, seeds, nuts)
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Bake for 20 mins – 170c. All ovens vary – keep an eye and check when its done!
