Ingredients for Batter
2 Cups- FInger millet/Ragulu/Nachni
1 Cup- Rice/Idli rice/any rice
1/2- White Urad Dal
Salt as per taste
Now, Wash and Soak all the three items (Ragi, Rice and Urad dal) for 6 hours and strain it and grind it to smooth batter and mix all the three and cover it and keep it a warm place overnight/6-8 hours to get fermented.

Next day, the batter will be fermented & it increases in its size, add Salt as per taste and mix it well and add little water if the batter is too thick. now the batter is ready. Heat the Non stick/dosa pan and pour the batter and make crispy and healthy Ragi dosa’s.
