**VEGGIE LOADED PASTA SALAD**
Ingredients:
2 cups brown rice pasta fusilli or penne
1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 English cucumber
1/2 cup red onions
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup carrot
1/2 cup cabbage
1 cup parsley
Dressing:
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried kelp
Pinch of sea salt and pepper
**CLOUDS OF GREEN SOUP**
Ingredients:
2 tsp avocado oil
2 leeks trimmed tops removed
2 garlic cloves
1 cup yellow onion
1/4 cup ginger root
2.5 cups of potatoes
4 cups spinach
2 tbsp dried kelp
sea salt and black pepper
Bone Broth
**GARLIC KALE & SALMON SALAD**
Ingredients:
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 ½ cups extra-virgin olive oil
4 cloves garlic
10- 12 ounces kale
1 cup carrots
1 cup red pepper
1/2 cup red onion
Himalayan Salt
1 ½ cups freshly grated Parmesan (optional)
Salmon:
1/4 cup chopped garlic
1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
1 tbsp smoked seasoning
1 tbsp blackened seafood seasoning
