GERMAN BREAD ROLLS – How to make crusty and chewy brötchen
Ingredients
– 7 gr. dry yeast or 21 gr. fresh yeast
– 350 ml warm water
– 300 gr whole spelt flour (dinkel flour) You can use whole wheat or rye flour too.
– 200 gr all-purpose flour
– 4 tbs flax seeds — You can prefer sesame or sunflower seeds too
