Today our little bakers Matthew and Etana made their favorite no KNEAD bread here’s what you need
3 cups of flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 ½ teaspoons of active dry yeast
2 cups of water
Whisk dry ingredients together in a large bowl, add water and mix until a soft dough forms, at this point dough, should be sticky, cover with clear plastic wrap or a clean tea towel and refrigerate overnight. This allows the dough to rise slowly and give your bread a smoother taste. After overnight, flattened out your dough and shape into a loaf, this maybe needs a little flour. Be sure to flour your hands and bread pans, bake on 400°F for 35 or until a little golden,
Bakers tips
To get a more perfect bread cover the bread with another bread pan that’s the same size.
