Making it in a sandwich maker simplifies the task if you are making for a large family. You can also use griddle or tawa to make these yummy and healthy sandwiches.
INGREDIENTS
Potatoes-2(boiled and mashed)
Onion-1(finely chopped)
Tomato-1(finely chopped)
Green capsicum-half (finely chopped)
Sweet corn-3 TBSP
Coriander-1 TBSP
Salt to taste
Crushed black pepper-1 TBSP
Red chilli flakes-a pinch
Grated four cheese blend (cheese of your choice)-1 cup
Butter-100 g
*1 TBSP in pan
Butter as required to spread on the bread slices
Cover for 1 mins. and let cheese to melt
