How to make Low-Calorie Butter Chicken at home:

Ingredients:
Chicken Breast 300gms
Tomatoes 250gms
Onions 200gms
Garlic 30gms
Cumin Seeds 1tsp
Fennel Seeds 1tsp
Curd 100ml
Salt To Taste
Garam Masala 1tsp

To Prepare :-
– In a large pan, add 2 tbsp oil. add a tsp each of cumin & fennel seeds.
– Add the chopped onions and saute till they start turning brown. Add Chopped garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
– Add Garam Masala followed by fresh tomato puree.
– Next, add the chicken breast(marinated in curd, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala, lemon juice)
and cook the gravy for 12-15 minutes till the oil starts seperating.
– Serve hot with brown rice or whole wheat roti’s.
