Welcome all! I create this channel with a focus on health and fitness. I am a PhD Engineer for the past 30 years and I struggled on health and fitness for a long time. When I turned 55, I was very determined to improve. I was frustrated with the sea of information on the internet, and very far short of finding wisdom! So I developed my own no-nonsense path to health and fitness. I lost 33lb / 15kg in 4 months without PHD (pills, hunger, or dumbells (gym).
