Making;
Soak 1/4 cup chick peas into water after one hour cooked in cocker in 3whistle.then 6 or 7 pieces broccoli put in hot water with turmeric powder 1/2 hour. After cut all vegetables and fruits .then after 1/2 hour broccoli drained,then add 1/2teaspoon salt into chicken and broccoli frying in frypan with one tablespoon olive oil in low flame,after 10minutes it’s cooked well,then take out from pan..Take a big bowl add all these things and add 1teaspoon olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper one full lemon juices also.its very tasty and healthy,because it’s had micro-greens,it’s rich in nutrients and vitamins,
