Hey guys, so I filmed a whole 7 days of good eats for this video. I get a lot of questions on my diet and how I stay “thin” especially related to the chloe ting and Alexis ten ab workout videos I have done soooo I thought I would show u guys. I pretty much just try to eat healthy meals but I have a lot of desert too. My motto is everything in moderation including moderation so yeah enjoy!
