But this version of cutlet is super healthy, protein rich and will help you lose some weight!

Ingredients-:
1 cup soya granules (I used nutrela)
2 tablespoons besan(gram flour)
3/4 teaspoon coriander seed powder(dhaniya masala)
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
1-2 green chillies chopped
1/4 teaspoon garam masala
salt to taste (1/2 teaspoon)
1 teaspoon garlic(grated or finely chopped)
2 tablespoons oil (I used refined soyabean oil)
1 teaspoon lemon juice(optional)
1/2 cup fresh bread crumbs
