This super healthy, moist banana bread recipe is delicious and easy to make. If you don’t want to use all the various flours or protein powder, I do you can substitute 2 cups of whole wheat flour. Recipe below:
Preheat oven to 350 Celcius
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 eggs
1/4 cup water
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
2/3 cup bran wheat
4 scoops of protein powder
