Salads are a necessary part of our diet.
Today we will learn about a different type of salad- Paneer Salad.
It is an amazing, healthy and delicious salad. Paneer is rich in protein and required in our diet.
Ingredients:
Paneer – 200g
Bell pepper
Chat masala- 1/2tsp
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder – 1/4 tsp
Black pepper – 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice – 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped coriander
Method:
1. Soak paneer cubes in hot water to retain its freshness and softness.
2.Drain immediately
3.Mix all ingredients with soft hands
4. Serve as it is.
