Check out this very healthy Summer Cottage cheese salad. This salad is ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Very rich in proteins and can be made in few minutes. It’s sweet and savory taste is absolutely a delight for taste buds.

Ingredients

1 medium size onion finely chopped
1 medium size tomato finely chopped
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 apple peeled and diced
250 grams cottage cheese diced
1 or 2 cups anaar or pomegrenate
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
2 cups lentils (massar dal) sprouted and tempered with pinch of jeera and salt.
or you can use boiled massar dal or boiled moong dal or boiled black gram
