Pancakes serve as tasty, healthy and tummy filling breakfast along with some chocolate syrup, peanut butter, honey, jam, berries or fresh fruits & it makes a perfect recipe.
RECIPE –
1 cup Blended Oats
1/2 cup Wheat flour
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
2 tbsp Jaggery powder
1/2 tbsp Baking powder
Pinch of salt
1 tbsp Blended Flax seeds
3-4 tbsp low fat yogurt
2-3 Eggs
1/2 tbsp Vanilla Essence
Method: –
Sieve together the dry ingredients – Oats, Wheat Flour, Cocoa powder, Jaggery powder, Baking powder and Flax seeds – Add the wet ingredients to – Vanilla essence, Yogurt, Eggs & Salt and whisk it all together to make the batter – Heat some butter/oil on hot pan and spread the pancake batter and cook it well on both the sides – Place them on a plate and drizzle some chocolate sauce, peanut butter, jam, berries or garnish with fresh fruits.
