Hello everyone..!!
This recipe is for all the diet lovers- Chickpea Salad which is really healthy and delicious and really easy to make. Ready in only 5 minutes..!! Lets go..
Ingredients
1 bowl of white chickpea(boiled)
1 bowl of chopped cucumber
1 bowl of chopped red bell pepper
1 bowl of chopped capsicum
1 bowl of yellow bell pepper
1 bowl of chopped cabbage or lettuce
1 bowl of chopped tomatoes
1 bowl of cottage cheese cubes
1-2 tsp of black pepper
1-2 tbsp lime juice
1/2 bowl of roasted peanuts
1-2 tbsp hung curd
1-2 tsp coriander powder
Some mint leaves(for garnishing)
Salt to taste
Procedure
In a bowl add boiled white chickpeas
Add all the vegetables and cottage cheese cubes and mix well
Add some lime juice
Crush the black pepper to make powder and add the powder to the mixture
Add some salt
Add 1-2 tsp coriander powder and mix well
Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl
Garnish with some mint leaves and hung curd and your salad is ready.. Enjoy!!!
