Ultimate Low-Cal Orange Chicken: Chicken Breast: 346 g / 12.2 oz (360 kcal) Red Chilli Pepper: 6 g / 1 tsp (1 kcal) Spring Onions/Scallions: 40 g / 1.41 oz (13 kcal) Garlic: 5 g / 1 garlic clove (6 kcal) Ginger: 8 g / 0.3 oz (5 kcal) Orange Zest: less than ½ orange (2 kcal) Fresh Orange Juice: 75 ml / 2.5 fl oz (35 kcal) Apple Cider Vinegar: 120 ml / 4.06 fl oz (30 kcal) Soy Sauce: 40 ml / 1.35 fl oz (22 kcal) Chili Flakes: ½ tsp (6 kcal) Cayenne / Pepper: ~ 2 g (6 kcal) Erythritol to taste: (0 kcal) Oil: 5 ml (41 kcal) Cornstarch: 12 g / 0.42 oz (42 kcal)
