Karnataka vegetable Subzi
(recipe from A Taste of Well-being: Sadhguru’s insights for your gastronomics)
400g cauliflower
3 tomatoes
150 g green peas
4 tsp oil
1/2 mustard seeds
Dry roast the following and grind to a powder:
2 tbsp chana dal
2 tbsp urad dal
1/2 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
3 red chillies
1” stick cinnamon
3 cloves
3 cardamom pods
